Ek Villain Returns Trailer: Arjun Kapoor Or John Abraham, Who Is The Real Villain?

The most anticipated movie Ek Villain Returns trailer is currently out. Arjun Kapoor, John Abraham, Disha Patani, and Tara Sutaria play key roles in the movie. The film is going to hit theatres eight years after the release of the original film Ek Villain which starred Riteish Deshmukh, Sidharth Malhotra and Shraddha Kapoor. It became the most popular movie at that time at the box office. So, viewers' expectations from The Ek Villain Returns are quite high now.

The trailer opens with a short recap of the movie Ek Villain where a brief synopsis that occurred in the movie. We are instantly thrown into the new universe where there is a killer on the run, killing women who didn't reciprocate to unrequited love. The teaser teases a mystery in which the identity of the true antagonist is a secret. John and Arjun have seen engaging in some face-offs. Tara and Disha, also seem to play some sort of evil role. The song "Galliyan" is also reprised in the trailer. The storyline of the movie isn't revealed in great detail.

Mohit Suri, director of the movie earlier said in a statement, 'Ek Villain was my passion project and a labor of love. The kind of love that I still receive for Ek Villain overwhelms me. I am sure with Ek Villain Returns, the love is only going to grow bigger. And while I cannot reveal much about the film, I can assure you that it is going to be a thrilling rollercoaster ride.'

Helmed by Mohit Suri, Ek Villain Returns is slated to release on 29th July 2022.
