Ranbir Kapoor Has A Special Message For Late Father Rishi Kapoor On His Last Movie

Bollywood's evergreen icon Rishi Kapoor took his last breath amidst shooting for his last film, Sharmaji Namkeen. The trailer of which releases tomorrow, March 17th, and Ranbir Kapoor has a very special message for his late father and all the fans.
Bollywood lost one of its legend Rishi Kapoor on April 30, 2020. He was shooting for Sharmaji Namkeen when his heath deteriorated. Due to several delays and an uncertainty of his health, the movie came to a halt after he passed away. Knowing the phenomenal actor he was, he signed up for only those movies which he truly believed in. Sharmaji Namkeen was one such story.
After his demise, everyone associated with the project was lost. So was Ranbir Kapoor since this loss was more personal to him. And that's when the versatile Paresh Rawal graciously stepped in to help finish the movie. In his message, Ranbir is seen heartily thanking the Phir Hera Pheri star.
With the trailer of the film all set to release tomorrow, RK describes his father as the classic example of "the show must go on" in his video message. Showered with love by the duo's fans, RK's video can be well summarized in one sentence - "Keep Rishi Kapoor alive in your memories and for one last time, on the big screen too."
