Mamta Mohandas and her battle with cancer

This is not the first time the south superstar has opened up about facing severe health issues. In 2009, Mamta battled Hodgkin's Lymphoma, a type of blood cancer. Despite it taking a toll on her health, the actress continued working and has been a constant inspiration for her resilience and determination.

What is Vitiligo?

Vitiligo is a rare condition where your skin undergoes discoloration and white spots slowly start appearing. The root cause behind this is the lack of melanin in the skin. When in an autoimmune form, the disease becomes long-lasting and chronic.
