Actor Noor Malabika Das Found Dead in Mumbai Flat; Suicide Suspected

Mumbai, June 10, 2024 The entertainment industry is in shock following the tragic news of actor Noor Malabika Das' death. The 32-year-old actor was discovered dead in her Lokhandwala flat on Thursday, with authorities suspecting suicide.
Noor Malabika Das passes away body found by cops at her Mumbai apartment
Noor Malabika Das' body was found hanging from a ceiling fan in her rented flat. Neighbours ed the police after noticing a foul smell emanating from her apartment. When the police broke open the door, they found her body in a decomposed state.During their search, the police collected medicines, her mobile phone, and a diary. After conducting a panchnama, the body was taken to Goregaon's Siddharth Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
In a tragic turn of events, no one from Noor's family was available to claim her body. According to the police, her family had returned to their native place in Assam two weeks prior. An officer stated, "We spoke to her family. They had returned to their native place two weeks ago. An investigation is underway."
The police performed her last rites on Sunday with the assistance of the Mamdani Health and Education Trust NGO, which handles the cremation of unclaimed bodies.
