Ajay Devgn Opens On Huge Success Of Drishyam 2, Says Bollywood Needs 3 Drishyams To Revive Its Loss

Ajay Devgn is currently soaring high on the massive success of Drishyam 2. This is the second franchise of the superhit Bollywood thriller that kept the audience on the edge of their seats. The movie is originally a remake of South superhit that goes by the same name. Alongside Ajay Devgn, the movie also features Tabu and Akshaye Khanna in pivotal roles. As the movie performs exceptionally well at the box office, Drishyam becomes one of the few Bollywood movies that has pleased viewers in a long time.
While promoting his recent release, Ajay Devgn got candid about how Drishyam 2 is receiving all the love from the audience. He's glad how well the audience has received the Bollywood thriller. Having said that, the actor is not here to take his audience for granted. Opening up about what the audience needs to be served, he said, "Audiences have become very smart, so you can't just give them bullshit. Even when you talk about entertainment in commercial cinema, you have to give them something new."
Ajay also spoke about his further projects and said he'd love to portray characters and narrate stories of people who have made 'great sacrifices, and people don't know much about them.'
Speaking of how Drishyam 2 is performing at the box office, experts say that it is only a few days before the movie will enter the 100-crore club. On Monday alone, Drishyam 2 collected Rs. 11 crores. Giving entire credits to Tabu, Kangana Ranaut said she solely carried the entire movie on her shoulders.
