Ajay Devgn`s Singham Again To Release On Diwali 2024, No Further Delays

One of the highly anticipated movies, Singham Again, starring Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh, has already had fans waiting with bated breath. It all started over a decade ago when Rohit Shetty directed the first part of Singham. Little did he know, it would turn into a successful cop universe.

The upcoming movie marks the third installment of the infamous cop drama. Shetty's universe also saw two new additions, Simmba and Sooryavanshi, with Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar playing the roles of heroic cops.

While the third installment was postponed to Diwali, reports suggested it might be pushed even further. However, the wait is finally over as Singham Again is all set to release this Diwali.

Singham Again gets a release date

The confirmed news has now that the Ajay Devgn starrer will now see a theatrical release on Diwlai 2024. However, the release date is still kept under wraps.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to X (formerly known as Twitter) and shared the exciting news.

His tweet read, "Don't believe Rumours: 'SINGHAM AGAIN' CONFIRMED FOR DIWALI... The rumour mills are working overtime... #SinghamAgain is NOT getting postponed... Arriving this Diwali [exact release date will be announced soon].

Ajay Devgn on Singham Again release date

The cop action drama was scheduled to release this Independence Day. However, the film's release looks a little dicey as some crucial parts are yet to be shot.

Ajay, during the promotions of his last film Auron Mein Kahaan Dum Tha, revealed some interesting details and said, "We are not sure. The work on the film is yet to be completed, and some shooting is left. We are not in a hurry, as haste spoils things. When we are ready, we will decide the release date."

Singham Again marks the third franchise of the successful cop drama. It started in 2012 with Singham, and two years later, the second installment of the film was released.

It saw two more additions to the cop universe, Simmba (2018) and Sooryavanshi (2021), headlined by Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar, respectively.

Singham Again brings together a stellar ensemble of actors like Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, and Jackie Shroff.
