Allu Arjun`s Pushpa 2 Becomes Most Viewed Telugu Trailer, Leaves Behind Salaar

One of the most-anticipated sequels of 2024, the trailer of Pushpa 2: The Rule becomes one of the most viewed Telugu trailers on YouTube in less than 24 hours. It leaves behind Mahesh Babu's Guntur Kaaram and Prabhas' Salaar.

The trailer of the much-awaited Telugu film was dropped in the evening of November 17, and ever since, fans and moviegoers are going gaga over Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil's magnetic performances.

For the uninformed, Pushpa 2: The Rule is the sequel to Pushpa: The Rise. Helmed by Sukumar, the film saw Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil in titular roles.

This year saw some phenomenal South Indian movies releasing and shattering several box-office records. Be it Mahesh Babu starrer Guntur Kaaram or Prabhas' Salaar, all of these films received spectacular responses from fans and critics alike.

However, if there's one Telugu movie that has had the entire nation excited, it has to be Pushpa 2: The Rule. After unvieling posters and teasers, the makers dropped the film's trailer on Sunday, taking the internet by storm.

Within less than 24 hours, Pushpa 2's trailer became one of the most-viewed clips on YouTube, leaving behind several other superhit films. With Allu Arjun taking over the holiday season with a power-packed action drama, it seems the trailer alone is creating new records.

The trailer has generated over 38 million views in just 8 hours, surpassing Mahesh Babu's Guntur Kaaram, which generated 37.70 million views in the first 24 hours.

The total number of views the Pushpa 2 trailer has received in all languages is over 62 million (37 million in Telugu, 25 million in Bengali, and 4.2 million in Hindi.)
