Animal is set to release on December 1, and its promotions are going out in full swing. After the late release of the trailer, which has just raised excitement to an even greater level, the makers planned to host an animal pre-release event in Hyderabad. At the event, major stars and celebrities from the Telugu industry were present as they wished everyone the best for the film release.
Among those present were Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu and ace director SS Rajamouli. Mahesh Babu praised Ranbir Kapoor as he said, "I have told him before when I met him, but I don't think he took that seriously. I am a huge Ranbir Kapoor fan, and in my opinion, he is the best actor in India." To this end, Ranbir couldn't help but put out a grounded smile.
Ranbir Kapoor was also all praise for the Telugu superstar, who enjoys a mammoth following all over. Ranbir said, "You were the first superstar I ever met. I remember messaging him after watching Okkadu, and he replied, I can't thank you enough for supporting me, sir."
Ranbir even enthusiastically chanted 'Jai Babu' in praise of Mahesh Babu.

Even Rajamouli praised Ranbir Kapoor by saying, "Without hesitation, I'll tell you, my favorite actor is Ranbir Kapoor."
If all the pre-buzz trends are to be believed, Animal is quickly running ahead to become a blockbuster in the ranks of Jawan. The advance booking soared after the trailer was released, and the film is set to do over 30 crore on the first day itself.
Animal is rated 'A' by censors in India and has a runtime of over 3 hours and 21 minutes, which was defended by Ranbir Kapoor recently. It releases on December 1 and clashes with Vicky Kaushal's Sam Bahadur.
