Anushka Sharma has been taking a well-deserved break from media attention after the birth of her second child with Virat Kohli. However, the Sultan actress was recently seen at the cricket match between the Bangalore and Delhi teams. Cheering her husband on, who captains the Bangalore team, Anushka was seen at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Her reactions from the evening are going viral on social media, especially after Virat's team took the victory home that evening.


Anushka becomes Virat's cheerleader as Bangalore becomes victorious

Anushka was seen in the stands throughout the match, mirroring the emotions of the surrounding crowd. She was seen cheering on her husband and his team and celebrating every six or a wicket. As soon as the Bangalore team won the match, Anushka Sharma stood up, cheered along with the fans, and joined her hands in praise.

Even Virat Kohli displayed his love for Anushka and joy of victory by acknowledging her in the stands. This is the first time the Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi actress has appeared publicly after her pregnancy and the subsequent birth of their child, Akaay.

Anushka Sharma was last seen in Anand L. Rai's Zero, starring alongside Shah Rukh Khan. After that, Anushka produced two Netflix films, Bulbbul and Qala. Both of these films starred Tripti Dimri in the lead and were released in 2020 and 2022, respectively.

Next, Anushka Sharma is gearing up for the release of Chakda Express, a film directed by Prosit Roy. The movie will be a sports biopic based on Jhulan Goswami, a former Indian cricket player. The film's release date is yet to be announced, but according to reports, filming has already been concluded. Fans await the release of Chakda Express, ideally some time this year.

Anushka and Virat tied the knot back in 2017. They became parents in 2021 to a daughter, whom they named Vamika. This February, the couple welcomed their second child, a boy named Akaay.
