After a long hiatus of almost a decade, Karan Johar is making his directorial comeback with Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani. A twisted romantic comedy that features Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in the lead, it has been shot extensively in various locations including the magnificent valleys of Kashmir. The Bollywood director took to Instagram and shared a rather filmy video as he wrapped up the schedule for the film in Kashmir.

Enjoying the scenic view of Kashmir, Karan Johar took to Instagram and shared a video of himself soaking in the winter sun. With Yeh Haseen Vaadiyaan playing in the background, he wrote, "Meri performance pe mat jao, meri feelings ko samjho. Bidding farewell to beautiful Kashmir! This is Karan Johar signing off, with the camera person."

Meanwhile, on the occasion of Holi, Alia Bhatt took to Instagram and shared a sneak peek from the sets of Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani. Wearing a green blouse and a pink saree, our Rani can be seen looking gorgeous. She wrote, "happy holi from a very rangeeli rani reporting straight from the sets of #rockyaurranikipremkahani."

About Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani

Since this is a Karan Johar movie, we assume a whole lot of romance, comedy, drama, and some atypical filmy scenes mixed with feet-tapping songs. Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani is all set to release on July 28. It was earlier slated to release in April, 2023. Apart from Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, the movie also stars Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra, and Shabana Azmi in prominent roles.
