Deepika Padukone Rushed To Hyderabad Hospital After Increased Heart Rate, Resumes Shoot Later

on Tuesday, actress Deepika Padukone was rushed to a hospital in Hyderabad while she was shooting for her next film 'Project K.' She complained of discomfort in her heart rate and was immediately taken to Kamineni Hospital.

The actress had to undergo numerous tests before she was discharged. As per the doctors, the Tamasha actress complained about gastric issues. Following her treatment, she resumed shooting at Ramoji Film City along with Amitabh Bachchan for her next pan-India film.

'Project K' marks Deepika's first collaboration with south superstar Prabhas. Helmed by award-winning filmmaker Nag Ashwin, the movie has a whopping budget of 500 crores and is expected to release in 2023. Big B plays a vital role in the film and gave a Mahurat shot earlier this year.

'I'm very excited to see Deepika play this character. It is something no mainstream lead has done before and will be quite a surprise for everyone. The pairing of Deepika and Prabhas will be one of the main highlights of the film and the story between them, I believe will be something audiences will carry in their hearts for years to come,' said director Nag Ashwin.
