The latest to join the fray is Swapna Dutt, Nag Ashwin's sister-in-law and a producer on Kalki 2898 AD. She praised Nag Ashwin's calm response to the controversy and defended Prabhas' performance in the film.

Last week, Arshad Warsi shared his feedback on the film, expressing his admiration for Amitabh Bachchan's performance but showing disappointment with Prabhas' appearance. He went so far as to describe Prabhas as looking like a "joker." While he clarified that he wasn't personally attacking Prabhas, his comment still managed to ruffle feathers among the actor's massive fan base.

The internet quickly erupted in a frenzy of reactions, with many fans taking offence to Warsi's remarks.
