Karan Johar Unveils Ranveer And Alia`s Families In New Posters Of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani

We just can't wait to see Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh together on the big screen for the first time! Their much-anticipated film of this year Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani marks Karan Johar's return to the director's chair after seven years. The film also stars Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan in crucial roles.

Today, Karan is celebrating his birthday, and also 25 years as a filmmaker. On this special occasion, he unveiled the first-look posters of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, introducing Alia and Ranveer's characters. And now, he is back with fresh posters of the film, giving us a peek at their families- the Randhawas and the Chatterjee.

Initially, Karan Johar took to his Instagram handle and dropped the new posters of the film featuring Rocky and Rani's families. He wrote in the caption, "Meet the Randhawas amp the Chatterjees - the two families of this 'Kahaani'!"

He added, "The power of family will decide the fate of love. Come, be a part of it all amp more with #RockyAurRaniKiiPremKahaani, in cinemas 28th July, 2023."


Here's the first look of the film that gives us a glimpse of the sizzling chemistry between Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in their first movie together.


Karan Johar even introduced Ranveer Singh's character in the film in an interesting way and called him an absolute heartthrob. While sharing Ranveer's new avatar in the film through his Instagram post, Karan wrote in the caption, "An absolute 'heartthrob', who wears his own heart on his sleeve - meet Rocky! #RockyAurRaniKiiPremKahaani, in cinemas 28th July, 2023."


After revealing Ranveer Singh's character in the movie, the filmmaker disclosed his favorite Alia Bhattthrough his Instagram post and wrote, "Ladies amp gentlemen, the queen is here to steal your hearts - meet Rani!"
