One such recent incident made her a victim of internet discussion after she allegedly shared a 'tone-deaf' post on luxury on her Instagram stories.

For the uninitiated, ever since the actress has joined Instagram, she keeps on giving a glimpse about her everyday lives. Fans enjoy her vacation snippets, her PDA moments with Saif Ali Khan, and how notorious her kids can be.

However, her latest Instagram story didn't go well with her followers after she shared a post that spoke about not seeking luxury in materialistic things.

What has Kareena Kapoor posted on Instagram?

The Veere Di Wedding actress took to her Instagram stories and shared a popular quote by Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood, who is 94 years old.

The post read, 'Don't look for luxury in watches or bracelets don't look for it in mansions or sailboats. Sharing the same, she captioned, "Read it again and again," with a red heart emoji. As soon as she shared the story, Kareena became a topic of discussion on Reddit as users called her 'tone-deaf.'

The post was shared by a Reddit user who wrote, 'No hate or jealousy here, but I always find it funny (and tone-deaf) when people who are uber-rich post about how money is not everything in life. I mean, if you had gotten the short end of the stick in life, surely 'materialistic' things would be first on your list.'

Reacting to the same, another comment read, 'The irony. This woman has Pataudi palace and goes to Gstaad every year. Albeit they are mostly bankrupt, but still.'
