R Madhavan’s Rocketry Show Halt Midway In Kolkata. Here Is How He Managed The Furious Audience

Rocketry: The Nambi Effect which marks R Madhavan's directorial debut released in theaters on 1st July. The movie revolves around the life of Nambi Narayanan, an Indian aerospace engineer who worked at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). The film received a mixed response. The film is showing growth at the box office. The Hindi version of the movie has earned Rs 12.15 crore until now.

There are reports which say, a theater in Kolkata had to stop screening due to certain issues for around 25-45 mins which made viewers furious. They even started to demand a refund for the tickets. A video of them fighting with the management went viral online. R Madhavan was also tagged in the video.


Following R Madhavan's quote-tweeting the video, the actor requested people to remain calm. He tweeted, 'There must have been a genuine reason and cause. Pls, do be calm and show some love ppl. Humble request. The show will be in soon. All the love'

Besides playing the lead role and directing the film, R Madhavan has also written and produced the film. Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan made a special appearance in the movie.
