This day, three years ago was the unfortunate time when Sidharth Shukla left us. Along with his rumored girlfriend Shehnaaz Gill, we all were left shocked. The actor passed away after he had a major heart attack in September 2021.
Sidharth and Shehnaaz were highly adored as a couple by their fans who fondly called them 'SidNaaz.' While they maintained a "just friends" status in front of the media, their chemistry said something else.

The adorable couple met during their time in Bigg Boss 13 and got closer. That's where the latter admitted she really likes him. After the show, the two appeared together in a couple of music videos and even made guest appearance on dance reality show Dance Deewane.The rumoured couple performed a special number on the 'Love Special' episode of the reality show. While Sidharth looked dapper in a three-piece grey suit, the Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan actress stole the show in a navy blue gown.
During the episode, Madhuri Dixit who was one of the judges, asked Shehnaaz about her dream man, she pointed towards Shukla and said, 'Mujhe yeh acha lagta hai (I like him).'

SidNaaz were last seen together in a music video titled Habit. Sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Arko, the music captured several BTS moments of the couple goofing around on sets. Post which, Shehnaaz also released a single titled 'Tu Yaheen Hai' as a tribute to the late actor.

The Balika Vadhu actor's untimely death left the nation shocked. He made his Bollywood debut with Karan Johar's Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya, starring Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan.His sudden demise drew all the attention to his ladylove, Shehnaaz, who is known to be candid and authentic, both on and off the screen. In an old interview, the actress opened up about how she dealt with the grief.
'Duniya ke aage roge to log bolenge sympathy gain kar rahe (The world will feel I am trying to gain sympathy if I cry in front of them). People would consider you weak, and I never want to come across as one. However, I have never tried to hide my emotions. I dealt with it myself, and I am fine with it absolutely,' Shehnaaz said.
On the work front, Shehnaaz Gill was last seen sharing the screen with Bhumi Pednekar in Thank You For Coming. The film was a commercial disappointment, but her performance was highly lauded by fans.
