Shraddha Kapoor Confirms Dating Boyfriend Rahul Mody, Says `Keep My Heart`

The sun rises with new Bollywood gossip every day that makes you either cringe or surprises you. One such piece of gossip that's been trending all across the internet is that Shraddha Kapoor and her rumored boyfriend, Rahul Mody, have made their relationship insta-official.

For the uninitiated, the two started dating during the Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar shoot. Rahul Mody was the film's writer. The movie also starred Ranbir Kapoor as the lead.

While she has stayed tight-lipped about her personal life, Shraddha Kapoor seemingly confirmed dating her boyfriend in her latest Instagram story.

Who is Rahul Mody, Shaddha Kapoor's boyfriend?

The Aashiqui 2 actress, who is pretty active on social media, took to her Instagram stories and shared a goofy picture with her rumored boyfriend. The caption hints at her seemingly confirming dating the film writer.

Taking it to Instagram, Shraddha wrote, "Dil rakh le, neend to vaapis de de yaar (Keep my heart, but at least let me sleep peacefully)," adding laughter and a red heart emoji.



Shraddha Kapoor and Rahul Mody dating rumors began last year when the two were spotted together at several events and social gatherings.They also happened to attend a common friend's wedding in March.

Rumors began to slowly peak when the actress shared pictures from what seemed to be a vacation the two took together.

Again in May, the actress took the internet by storm after she shared a series of pictures on social media. She looked simply stunning in purple nightwear with conch and shells printed on it.


However, it was her necklace that caught our attention. The locket with the letter R hinted at Rahul Mody's initials, which she was wearing. Her caption read, 'Kuch nhi vro Shrunday hai toh kuch nhi kar rahi.'

Earlier, a source close to the couple revealed some interesting details about the couple, thus confirming that the two were dating and going pretty well.

"After working on the film, they have been going strong. They are in a very comfortable position with each other, which is why they don't feel the need to hide their affair. And that's the reason they are getting spotted together more often," the source said.

The insider further added, "They are not afraid to be photographed with each other, but that doesn't mean they will make their relationship official anytime soon. They are both private people and want to keep their relationship out of the limelight."

On the work front, Shraddha Kapoor was last seen in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar alongside Ranbir Kapoor. She will next be seen in Stree 2, co-starring Rajkummar Rao.
