Somy Ali Claims That Salman Khan Had No Idea About Blackbuck’s Significance

Recently, Salman Khan's ex-girlfriend Somy Ali made new claims about the ongoing Blackbuck poaching case incident. Ali, who dated Salman in the '90s, opened up about the ongoing death threats he is receiving from Lawrence Bishnoi's gang and shared insights from her conversations with the actor about the case.

Somy Ali's Revelation on Salman Khan and the Blackbuck Case

Somy Ali has expressed her thoughts about Salman Khan's alleged involvement in the Blackbuck poaching case, particularly focusing on the actor's lack of knowledge regarding the significance of the Blackbuck to the Bishnoi community. According to her, Salman was unaware of the animal's importance. Somy explained, 'The Bishnoi community needs to understand that Salman didn't know. He told me that he had no idea. It's absurd.'

She emphasised that Salman should not be held accountable for something he did unknowingly, stating, 'Why should he apologise for something he didn't know about? That's like doing something inadvertently, unintentionally and being forced to apologise for it. It makes no sense.' She further commented on Salman's reputation, dismissing the notion that his refusal to apologise was out of arrogance, saying, 'People say that he (Salman) is very arrogant, and he has a reputation. I have nothing to do with him or his family today. I just don't want anyone murdered, in Bollywood or Hollywood. Violence is never the answer.'

Sharing her experiences during the 1998 shooting, Somy also revealed that she had accompanied Salman on hunting trips in the past. However, she clarified that she wasn't present during the blackbuck hunting incident and added, 'I don't like hunting as a sport. One time I didn't go, he ended up catching the animal.'

Her insights offer a personal perspective on the controversial case and hint at Salman's lack of intent behind the killing. She reaffirmed, 'I can assure you that Salman didn't know the Bishnoi community worships blackbucks.'

Death Threats and Somy Ali's Message for Peace

While Salman Khan continues to face death threats from Lawrence Bishnoi's gang, Somy Ali has expressed her concerns about the situation. Despite not being in touch with the actor since 2012, she remains concerned about the violence surrounding his case. Somy also mentioned her wish to speak with Lawrence Bishnoi one day to understand his mindset. She explained, 'I am anti-death penalty and anti-murder. I do not want anyone to be murdered.'

She even posted a message on social media to address Bishnoi directly, encouraging peace and dialogue. However, she later deleted the post, explaining that her intention was to 'encourage peace, not fuel animosity.'

Lawrence Bishnoi's Threats to Salman Khan

Salman Khan has been receiving death threats for a while now, but the situation escalated recently when two threatening messages were sent to the Mumbai Traffic Police's WhatsApp number on Friday. The messages, linked to Lawrence Bishnoi's gang, demanded Rs 5 crore from the actor and warned that if the amount wasn't paid, his fate would be worse than that of NCP leader Baba Siddique, who was recently murdered.

In response to these threats, Salman's security has been significantly increased, as authorities take the situation very seriously.
