Wedding Bells For Athiya Shetty And KL Rahul: The Couple To Marry In Next Three Months

We've seen a lot of Indian cricketers being bowled over by Bollywood beauties. The Indian frontman KL Rahul is the new addition to the list when he fell head over heels in love with actress Athiya Shetty. The two have been dating over three years and made their relationship official last year. Speaking of making things official, the couple is all set to tie the knot three months from now.

If latest reports were to be believed, the two families recently met each other and visited the place where the actress and the Indian cricketer will be moving in. Their wedding preparations are in full-swing.

A source close the the couple said, 'Rahul's parents were recently in Mumbai to meet Athiya's family. The couple, along with their families, visited the new house where they will be moving in soon, to see the progress. The wedding is expected to take place in the next three months in Mumbai. It will be a grand celebration for both the families and every detail of the wedding is been overseen by the bride herself."

The actress and cricketer made their first public appearance together at Ahan Shetty's movie premier Tadap starring Tara Sutaria. The rumours of their wedding were doing rounds in April earlier this year too. Before that, it was said the two will tie a knot in December last year. Recently, the actress accompanied her cricketer-boyfriend to Germany for his sports hernia surgery.

Reacting to the couple's wedding rumours, Suniel Shetty said, 'She is my daughter, she will get married sometime. I would want my son to also get married, the sooner the better. It's their choice. As far as KL Rahul is concerned, I love the boy. And it is for them to decide what they want to do, because times have changed. Beti aur beta dono hi responsible hai (My daughter and son are both responsible people). I would like them to take the decision. My blessings are always there for them.'
