Alboe By The Beach, set to be southern India's first music festival on a beach, has been cancelled 1 day before. The festival was supposed to take place on the beach of Varkala , kerela . On breaking the news of cancellation of the festival , the organizers put up an Instagram post saying:

"We are absolutely devastated to announce that Alboe by The Beach vol.1, scheduled to happen on 9,10 amp 11 Feb is currently cancelled due to circumstances which are beyond our control. All tickets will be refunded shortly. Stay tuned for more updates on refund timelines upcoming dates. "

The lineup has some really good acts like The F16s, Pineapple express, Brodha V , Frizzell D'souza, Taba Chake and a lot more but its disheartning that we won't be witnessing these acts on the beach of southern India anymore. Let's hope they make a good comeback in the coming times.
