Shillong Cherry Blossom Festival announces Canadian Reggae band Magic! as headliner

The Shillong Cherry Blossom Festival have announced Canadian Reggae/Pop band Magic! as one of the headliner's for the festival. Magic! is known for their 2014 hit Rude from their album Don't Kill The Magic and this will be their second trip to India after performing at the IIT Bombay's cultural festival Mood Indigo in 2019. The music festival will be held from 24-26 November at the city's iconic Polo Grounds.

Shillong Cherry Blossom festival also announced a bunch artists as headliners including UK based pop star HRVY, DJ/PRoducer Jonas Blue, Portugese Linkin Park tribute band Hybrid Theory, Assamese icon Papon, Meghalaya's very own Bob Dylan Lou Majaw and DJ promoter Nikhil Chinappa. The music festival got back to a formidable line up last year after a pandemic induced hiatus which included K Pop group PIXY, rock band Dosser's Urge and Thailand pop act Pyra. Presented by Meghalaya Tourism tickets for the music festival start at INR 899 and are live on their website.

Along with the headliners the music festival will witness some of the best homegrown acts including RampB singer songwriter Jessie Lungdoh, hip hop acts Meba Ofelia and Dappest x adL, rock artists Street Stories, Fame The Band, Summersault and folk act Da Minot.
