Taapsee Pannu Starrer ‘Dobaara’ To Hit Theaters On August 19

Dobaara, a much-anticipated new-age thriller starring Taapsee Pannu, is scheduled to release in theaters on August 19, 2022. The movie is helmed by Anurag Kashyap and produced by Ektaa Kapoor. The film ‘Dobaaraa’ has already been to several film festivals, including the London Film Festival and the Fantasia Film Festival 2022. The film is now scheduled to premiere at the prestigious Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2022, which will start on August 12 and run through August 30.
Ekta Kapoor on her Instagram posted a video where it was stated that Dobaaraa, just like the name of the movie, reunites Taapsee Pannu with a stellar cast of the very best producers, actors, and directors. This movie assembles the actress and Anurag Kashyap after Manmarziyaan, Badla, and Thappad.

The movie revolves around how a woman saves a 12-year-old boy, who witnessed a brutal death in a thunderstorm, by connecting him on a television set during similar storm in present. Dobaara is the first movie produced by Balaji Motion Pictures` new wing Cult Movies division. It also stars Rahul Bhatt and Saswata Chatterjee in pivotal roles.
