Pushpa Star Allu Arjun Arrested
After seeing the monstrous success of Pushpa 2, there`s shocking news that comes our way. Allu Arjun has been arrested in the case related to a woman`s death in the Sandhya theatre stampede case that happened earlier this month during the premiere of Pushpa 2: The Rule in Hyderabad.
The actor was picked up from his residence by the police and taken to Chikkadpally police station. More details and developments on the same are awaited.
A source from ANI quoted, "Actor Allu Arjun has been brought to Chikkadpally police station in Hyderabad for questioning in connection with the case of the death of a woman at Sandhya theatre on December 4."

Following the incident, police have also registered a case against Sandhya Theatre, Allu Arjun, and his security team. Officials revealed they were not informed about the arrival of the movie`s leading cast at the premiere, which caused the chaos.
The case filed at the Chikkadpally police station was registered under sections of the law addressing plausible homicide not amounting to murder (BNS section 105) and voluntarily causing harm (118(1) r/w 3(5)).
"While respecting their need for space to grieve, I stand committed to extending every possible assistance to help them navigate through this challenging journey," he concluded. Allu Arjun also personally donated 25 lakh to the grieving family.
As for Pushpa 2: The Rule, the movie has become the highest-grossing film of 2024 and has already crossed 1000 crore box-office collection globally. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in prominent roles.
