Bengaluru sealed a comfortable five-wicket victory over Gujarat in the final at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Chasing a target of 156, the side completed the task with ease, thanks largely to Virat Kohli’s unbeaten 75-run knock.
The star batter played a match-winning innings and remained calm under pressure, helping Bengaluru successfully defend their crown and add another trophy to their cabinet.

One of the highlights of the night was Kohli dancing alongside his ladylove, with the couple visibly enjoying the memorable occasion. The viral video has already generated massive engagement online, with fans calling it one of the most wholesome moments from the tournament.

Kohli Reflects On The Dream Season
Speaking after the victory, Kohli admitted that the moment was something he had imagined for a long time. "(It is the) stuff you dream of. I thought of this moment many times, wanting to hit the winning run. "
The veteran batter also spoke about adapting his approach to modern T20 cricket and learning from younger players.

"Such is the demand (that) super young players (are) pushing you to up the ante," he said, adding, "I had to change my mindset, not my game so much, take on bowlers and get extra runs."

The former skipper concluded, "We`ve had to wait for so long and then, just to have a group of guys where you feel like you`re stepping onto the ground, you don`t need to be the one to step up every time."
