Bad Newz Movie Review: Vicky Kaushal Is The Only Good News In This Forcefully Comedy Film
Every Friday brings either an amazing movie or something that we would like to gladly skip. Today, Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk are finally here to entertain you with some Bad Newz. The much-awaited comedy drama was released on July 19.
For the uninitiated, Bad Newz is based on `heteropaternal superfecundation`, a condition where a woman can have a child fathered by two men. While this sounds complicated, the Anand Tiwari directorial is rather fun and filled with some wicked punchlines.
The trailer for Bad Newz caused havoc all across the internet, leaving fans and moviegoers excited for the rib-tickling comedy. However, the internet debates whether the film is as good as its trailer.
She has two back-to-back one-night stands with Vicky and Ammy Virk, only to find out she`s pregnant while messing up whose child it could be. Neha Dhupia is, as always, wonderfully entertaining throughout.

When it comes to a typical West Delhi munda, no one else but Ranveer Singh comes to mind. However, Vicky tries to nail the gap between Manmarziyaan`s Sandhu and Bad Newz`s Chadha.
The songs are feet-tapping, and some jokes fly through. But the writing is rather shallow, and not every joke makes the audience laugh out loud. Anand Tiwari`s forceful attempt to make a sequel to Good Newwz has garnered mixed reviews, mostly leaving fans with a good, lighthearted time in the cinemas.
One user called it fun and entertaining, appreciating the three actors` performances.
Trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh rated the film with four stars and called it fun-tastic. His tweet read, "#OneWordReview... #BadNewz: FUN-TASTIC. Ample laughs. Enjoyable jokes. Witty one-liners. Engrossing drama. Strong emotions... This well-crafted entertainer promises and delivers non-stop entertainment. #BoxofficeWinner. #BadNewzReview"
