Akshaye Khanna is a renowned Bollywood actor, whose journey was not so easy but, he never gave up and cemented a place in the industry with his strong command of roles. 1. Dil Chahta Hai (2001):
The film stars Akshaye Khanna (Siddharth aka Sid), Aamir Khan (Akash), and Saif Ali Khan (Sameer) in lead roles. The emotional maturity, nuance, and grace brought by Sid in the story are unbeatable and heart-touching. Akshaye Khanna has beautifully portrayed the character of Sid. 2. Hungama (2003):

3. Gandhi, My Father (2007):
It is one of the most underrated films of Akshaye Khanna which shows how versatile actor he is. He played the character of Harilal Gandhi, the son of Mahatma Gandhi. The movie is all about the complex relationship between the father and son and how the son does not want to follow in his father`s footsteps.
4. Border (1997):
Akshaye Khanna played the character of Lieutenant Dharamvir Singh Bhan, who sacrifices his life for the nation at the Battle of Longewala in 1971. His death scene, to date, remains one of the most painful moments on screen.
5. Humraaz (2002):
As mentioned earlier, Akshaye Khanna fits perfectly in the role of an antagonist in the film which also starred Ameesha Patel and Bobby Deol. He portrays the character of ambitious Karan, who persuades his girlfriend Priya to marry the millionaire Raj, intending to get her to divorce him later and claim all his money. But there are certain twists and turns for which you`ll have to watch the film.
