When And Where To Watch Jr. NTR`s Devara On OTT?
One of the most exciting movies of this year, Devara: Part 1, became one of the highest-grossing South Indian films. Now, the Jr. NTR and Janhvi Kapoor starrer will see an OTT release on Netflix, starting from December 8.
Devara was helmed by Kortala Siva, which also marked Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan`s Telugu debut. The latter was seen as a menacing villain in the film. The movie also marks Jr. NTR`s iconic comeback as a lead soloist after his triumphant Oscar-winning performance in RRR.
The OTT giant has acquired the rights to the film, and you can now watch Devara: Part 1 on Netflix. The movie was well received when it was released in theatres.
Saif Ali Khan plays the role of a menacing villain and a master of kushti, Bhaira, who is looking for one chance to take over NTR`s character.

Adding emotional factor to the film is Janhvi Kapoor who appears as Thangam, a village belle who is entangled in a romantic affair with Jr. NTR`s on-screen son. Her chemistry with the lead actor is unavoidable.
While the son tends to differ from his father, NTR finds himself compelled to rise to and tackle tricky situations on his own. The movie collected over 132 crore over its theatrical run.

In an interview, Kortala Siva said, "She can bring plenty of freshness into the movie and have multiple dimensions to her character, which will be unfolded in Part 2. There is a lot of drama for her and surprising twists and turns that could happen with her character. You will have to wait and watch part 2 to see more of Janhvi!"
The film was released in September in various languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. Devara also starred Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, and Murali Sharma.
