Thursday saw the announcement of the nominations for the International Emmy 2020.
India has a reason to celebrate as some of the most loved shows of 2019 have landed prestigious nominations. Netflix’s ‘Delhi Crime’ starring Shefali Shah, which is based upon the investigation following the grotesque rape and murder of Nirbhaya in December 2012, has landed a nomination in the category for Best Drama Series. Meanwhile, Amazon Prime Video’s ‘Four More Shots Please’ starring Sayani Gupta, Kirti Kulhari, Bani J and Maavi Gagroo has landed a nomination in the category for Best Comedy Series.
That’s not all, talented actor Arjun Mathur, who received a lot of love and acclaim for his role of a conflicted wedding planner in Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti’s ‘Made In Heaven’, has landed the nomination for Best Performance by an Actor.
Well, we would love to see all the nominations come back home with the winning honours.
