Seshu Death: Lollu Sabha Actor Passes Away At 60 Due To Heart Attack
Amidst all the exciting and thrilling news, we come bearing sad news as the day ends. Comedy actor and Lollu Sabha fame Seshu dies of a heart attack. He was 60 years old. The actor rose to fame with Vijay TV`s parody serial and soon became a household name.
Seshu had been admitted to a Chennai hospital for the past 10 days. On Tuesday, March 26, he succumbed after suffering a major heart attack. Lollu Sabha, the director, and other cast members recalled fond memories spent with him.
Ram Bala, the director of Lollu Sabha, confirmed the sad news and gave an official statement to the Indian Express. For him, Seshu is like family. Bala even recalled how the comedy actor had arranged a reunion for all the cast members of the TV serial.
“It is like a death in my family. Recently, all the actors of Lollu Sabha were brought together in Vijay Park for a reunion, and Seshu was the one who organized everything. We were not in touch for the past 20 years, and Seshu brought us all together. Now he is gone,” the director said.
Another popular cast member of Lollu Sabha, Swetha, spoke about the late actor and shared fond memories with him. She recalled how kind a human Seshu was and that he would often go out of his way to help his loved ones.
In an interview with a YouTube channel, the actress said, “Recently, we all met at the Lollu Sabhab reunion, and I told Seshu Anna to take care of his health. He is a kind human who goes out of his way to help others. On the night of the reunion, I heard the news that he had suffered a heart attack.”
Other than Lollu Sabha, the late actor was also known for his incredible roles in films like Vadakkupatti Ramasamy, A1, and Paris Jayaraj. However, it was the success of Lollu Sabha that paved a new era for comedy shows across Tamil channels.
