Mallika Sherawat Calls It Quits With Her French Boyfriend
One of the sensational actresses in Bollywood, Mallika Sherawat, has made quite the headlines more for her personal life than her performances in films. After she made her comeback with Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, the actress has now taken the internet by storm after she confirmed breakup with her French boyfriend, Cyrille Auxenfans.
For the uninitiated, the diva made her debut with her 2002 release, Jeena Sirf Mere Liye. However, she became a household name with Emraan Hashmi starrer Murder, a romantic thriller released in 2004.
In an interview with a leading entertainment portal, Mallika Sherawat opened up about her relationship status, thoughts on being labelled as a sex symbol, and more.
When asked about her breakup, she said, “It’s so difficult in this day and age to find a worthy man. It is true, I am single,” further adding, “We broke up... I really don`t want to talk about it.”

Asked if she believes in the institution of marriage, Mallika adds, “I’m not for it, but I’m not against it. I’m indifferent to it. It depends on what two people want."
Earlier in an old interview with IANS, Mallika Sherawat opened up about her Indo-French romance and spoke about her relationship, saying, “I am proud of him and will soon get him to Mumbai. He has shown Paris to me and has romanced me in the French style; now I will romance him in the Indian style! I will take him to the Taj Mahal and make him have street food. You know the typical Indian flavour; that’s what I want to do.”

When asked if the image cost her to lose out on projects, Sherawat added, “There are two sides of a coin. If you`re too coy, then certain things don`t work out for you. If you are bold, certain things don`t work out for you."
"You must choose the best with what`s available. I like to focus my attention on what`s working for me rather than what`s not working for me. Because what`s working for me has given me fame. It`s made me extremely rich,” she concluded.
