A Shahid Kapoor film, written by Vishal Bhardwaj, is one of our favourite genres. The film opened on February 13 in cinemas. The trailer promised to deliver a promising gritty actioner, and just as such, it didn`t fail to do so.
One of the first reviews was shared by the lead actor`s wife, Mira Rajput, where she praised the filmmaker and the entire cast.

Apart from Shahid and Triptii, the action thriller also stars Nana Patekar, Avinash Tiwary, Tamannaah Bhatia, Disha Patani, Farida Jalal, and Vikrant Massey in prominent roles.
Backed by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, the film is based on the book Mafia Queens of Mumbai by Hussain Zaidi.
O`Romeo marks the fourth collaboration between Vishal Bhardwaj and Shahid Kapoor. They have earlier worked together in films like Kaminey, Haider, and Rangoon.
