Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham starrer Pathaan have shattered every box office record across the globe, thus becoming one of the massive Bollywood blockbusters of 2023. With gripping storytelling, power-packed action, and intense drama - Pathaan was Aditya Chopra and Yash Raj Films` ambitious attempt to create a spy universe. After seeing a thunderous theatrical release in January earlier this year, Pathaan is all set to stream on Amazon Prime Video.

Pathaan To Release On Amazon Prime Video

Taking it to their official Twitter page, Amazon Prime Video shared this news and took all Bollywood fans by surprise. While Shah Rukh Khan fans are elated to see him recreate magic after a long hiatus of four years, Pathaan`s OTT release will only bring the fans a step closer to their favorite Bollywood actors. The action-drama is all set to stream on March 22, 2023, on the OTT platform.

Pathaan Box Office Collection

In an ambitious attempt to create a spy universe, Aditya Chopra brought an action-packed drama that revolved around a mission to save India from a deadly disease. With Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone being the protagonists of the movie, John Abraham was seen as a menacing villain in Pathaan.

After shattering every box office record, the Bollywood blockbuster went on to collect 540 crores in India and triumphantly entered the thousand-crore club by collecting 1046 crores worldwide. Pathaan became the first ever Hindi film to make such unbelievable numbers.

Along with SRK, Deepika, and John, Pathaan also featured Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana in prominent roles. But it was Salman Khan`s brief cameo that delighted the fans. It also hinted at Shah Rukh Khan`s cameo in Tiger 3. This cohesive collaboration is an ambitious attempt by Yash Raj Films to create a universe of Indian spies that are ready to take on the world.
