The most anticipated film of the year, Pushpa 2: The Rule, is just one day away from its release, and the internet cannot keep calm. As Allu Arjun reprises his role as Pushpa Raj, fans are excited to see Rashmika Mandanna as Srivalli and Fahadh Faasil as the menacing Bhanwar Singh.
A day before its release, a film critic had a chance to get a glimpse of the film and shared his two cents about Pushpa 2, calling it a `seeti-maar entertainer.` The first review of Pushpa 2 is out, and by the looks of it, the film is totally worth the hype.
For the uninitiated, Pushpa 2: The Rule marks the sequel to the 2021 release Pushpa: The Rise. The Telugu action-drama is helmed by Sukumar.
Umari Sandhu, who claims to be a member of the Overseas Censor Board, took to social media and shared an early review of the film. Taking it to X (formerly Twitter), he hailed the makers of the film and called it a `blockbuster paisa vasool` that showcases director Sukumar`s expertise and Allu Arjun`s versatility.
Sandhu took to X and wrote, "It comes across as a paisa vasool, seeti-maar entertainer, which will be loved by classes and masses alike. At the box office, the film will break records and emerge as the biggest hit of the year so far.”

Talking about the performances, he mentioned, “Allu Arjun is in superb form. With his massive avatar, he impresses one and all. His action is top-class, and the comic timing is spot on. Another National Award-winning.” He said Rashmika acted well in Pushpa 2, but it was Fahadh who ate the movie.
“Climax is the USP; interval blocks are mind-blowing. It is a different kind of masala film that never came in Indian cinema before,” he further added.
The film has already broken several records with its advance booking; as per predictions, Pushpa 2 could easily see itself in the 200 crore club in its opening weekend. Reportedly, the film has already collected an estimated 62.21 crore for its opening day through advance ticket bookings.
