Rajpal Yadav gets emotional before surrendering to court
Rajpal Yadav`s cheque-bounce case has been drawing eyeballs, and fans are wondering how come a prolific actor like him has no friends to help in his difficult times.
For the uninitiated, the actor surrendered before Tihar Jail after the Delhi High Court denied his plea for extension of time in the cheque-bounce case.
Now, Yadav has admitted to facing a financial crisis, saying he has no money to repay or no friends in the industry to ask for help.

He was asked to surrender on February 4 but failed to follow the order, leading the court to deny any further relief. The bench also made it clear that the law is equal for everyone, regardless of their profession.
Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Rajpal said, "Sir, kya karoon? Mere paas paise nahin hain (Sir, what to do? I don’t have the money to pay back." Aur koi upaay nahin dikhta (can’t see another way out)."
When asked if he ever considered seeking help from his industry peers and colleagues like Priyadarshan, with whom he has collaborated on many movies, Yadav explained, "Sir, yahan hum sab akele hain (sir, we are all on our own over here). There are no friends. I have to deal with this crisis on my own."
Industry friends extend support to Rajpal Yadav
Amid the entire chaos that the Chup Chup Ke actor has been facing, Sonu Sood extended his support, calling the film industry to stand together with Rajpal in his tough times.
Taking it to X (formerly Twitter), Sood wrote, "Rajpal Yadav is a gifted actor who has given years of unforgettable work to our industry. Sometimes life turns unfair, not because of talent, but because timing can be brutal."
"He will be part of my film, and I believe this is the moment for all of us...producers, directors, and colleagues to stand together. A small signing amount, adjustable against future work, is not charity; it’s dignity. When one of our own is going through a tough phase, the industry must remind him he’s not alone. This is how we show we are more than just an industry," he concluded.
On the work front, Rajpal Yadav will next be seen in Akshay Kumar`s Bhoot Bangla, which is scheduled to release on April 10.
