When Ranbir Kapoor Was Scared Of Being Raha`s Father
Ranbir Kapoor has been on cloud nine after eevr since he and Alia Bhatt welcomed their little munchkin, Raha Kapoor. The two have set major couple goals for everyone. After being a darling husband, fans can see him acing his role as a doted father.
During one of the promotional events of his film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar, the actor spoke at length about his unconditional love for his daughter Raha and how he is even scared to talk about anything related to fatherhood.
After tying the knot in an intimate ceremony, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor announced the birth of their daughter Raha Kapoor on November 6, 2022. The couple revealed her face at the Kapoor Christmas brunch last year.
As he turns a year older, here`s a heartwarming throwback to when the Tamasha actor opened up about embracing fatherhood and the joy that followed.
The actor got candid in an interview with BBC. He said, “Nothing matters anymore, and everything does, at the same time. I am scared to even talk about it because it fills you up so much. You have this fear: will this go away?"

"But in the back of my mind I know this is the one thing which will live with me eternally till the day I die. The amount of love, joy and gratefulness that I feel, I haven’t felt that towards anything, any person, any movie, anything professionally," he continued.
Ranbir Kapoor further added he wouldn`t mind putting on weight if he weren`t an actor. “If I was not an actor, I wouldn’t care if I put on weight or anything. I think everybody should be healthy."
"You should eat and sleep well. But you should also enjoy a little bit in life. Actors are starving (humans). Every actor is unhappy because they don’t get the food they want to eat. So, from the outside, it all looks glamorous and cool, but on the inside, we are just pained,” the Animal actor concluded
The film also featured Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Bobby Deol in prominent roles. He is now preparing for Nitesh Tiwari`s Ramayana, which also stars Sai Pallavi.
