Ranbir Kapoor is currently awaiting the release of his action film, Animal. The teaser of the film got a lot of love from everyone who loved to see him in a completely new avatar.
In a Zoom call with his fans, the Barfi actor revealed that he is not going to sign any films for the next six months. The reason behind taking such a big decision is his daughter, Raha.
Ranbir and Alia became parents to the beautiful daughter earlier this year. In the same call, he also revealed that he wants to be with Raha and spend some quality time with her during the next six months. He has termed it a paternal leave that came at the right time.

When Raha was born, he was shooting animals, so he wasn`t there for much time to be with her. Now, with her speaking some words and beginning to crawl all over, it is surely going to be an amazing time for him.
Since Alia Bhatt will be busy shooting for Jigra for some time in the near future, Ranbir has decided to stay at home for his daughter. Jigra is produced by Alia and helmed by ace director Vasan Bala.
During the call, he had many more candid conversations regarding some controversies surrounding the couple. He clarified his stance on the lipstick remark that Alia told everyone, which became a social media outrage.

Brahmastra was the most-awaited film, but it got mixed reviews upon its release. People criticized the lack of any chemistry between the leads, unimpactful dialogues, and a monotonous plot. Although the film`s VFX got wide appreciation,
Animal is scheduled to release on December 1. It is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol.
