S.S. Rajamouli`s RRR fame Ray Stevenson passes away at the age of 58. He played the antagonist Governor Scott Buxton in the Oscar-winning South blockbuster. While his publicist confirmed the same, the cause of Stevenson`s death is yet unknown.
Stevenson gained fame with his role in The Theory Of Fight in which he played the role of a gigolo who was responsible to help Helena Bonham Carter’s character lose her virginity. His spectacular performances in Punisher: War Zone, Volstagg in Marvel’s Thor movies, and Kill The Irishman left everyone spellbound.
After playing the villain in RRR, Stevenson`s fully shot film was Accident Man: Hitman’s Holiday alongside Scott Adkins. He also featured in all 22 episodes of HBO and BBC`s Rome.
RRR was headlined by Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Alia Bhatt, and Ajay Devgn. RRR`s superhit song Naatu Naatu went on to win the Oscars for Best Song, making it the first Indian song to win at the Academy Awards.

Born on May 25, 1964, in Lisburn, Ray Stevenson was the second of three sons. At the age of 8, he moved to England and was enrolled in Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.
