Shah Rukh Khan Receives Death Threats Following Salman Khan’s Case Last Month

Shah Rukh Khan Death Threats
In a shocking incident, Shah Rukh Khan has reportedly received death threats following a similar case involving Salman Khan just last month. This recent escalation has heightened concerns about celebrity security, as both actors are among India`s biggest and most beloved figures.
The police quickly identified and questioned Faizan Khan, who claimed to be an advocate. He alleged that his phone was stolen on November 2 and that someone had used it to issue threats to Shah Rukh Khan. Khan further stated he had filed a complaint about the stolen phone before the threat was made. Interestingly, when the police questioned the caller about his identity and location, he instructed them to refer to him as "Hindustani."

Mumbai police have registered an FIR under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita sections 308(4) and 351 (3)(4), which deal with extortion and criminal intimidation. In light of the threat, security has been strengthened around Shah Rukh Khan`s home in Bandra, with the aim of ensuring his safety.
This is not the first time Shah Rukh Khan has faced security issues. In October of last year, the superstar received another death threat, which led to an upgrade in his security to the Y+ level. Under this arrangement, Khan is accompanied by six armed personnel around the clock, offering him a heightened level of protection.

Following these threats, Bhikharam Jalaram Bishnoi was arrested in Karnataka in connection with the case. Additionally, Salman`s security was increased after the high-profile murder of former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique on October 12, highlighting concerns over celebrity and political figure safety.

Death Threats Against Shah Rukh Khan
On November 5, at approximately 1:20 pm, Mumbai police received a disturbing call from a number registered to Faizan Khan, a resident of Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The caller allegedly threatened to kill Shah Rukh Khan and demanded a hefty ransom of Rs 50 lakh from the actor. Following the call, a case was filed at the Bandra Police Station on November 7.The police quickly identified and questioned Faizan Khan, who claimed to be an advocate.
