As the country gears up to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi 2024, we cannot wait to welcome Bappa in style. While Mumbai has already opened its hearts for the aagman of Lord Ganesha, many Bollywood celebrities also join the festive vibes.
For the uninitiated, every year, many celebrities welcome Bappa into their homes and celebrate the festival with maximum devotion and fun. Every celebrity has their own twist on the festivities. Be it Shilpa Shetty`s Nashik Dhol dance or Shah Rukh Khan`s grand decor, these glimpses are unmissable.
As the festival of Ganesha starts on September 7, here`s a look at five Bollywood stars who are super excited for Ganesh Chaturthi.
Last year, Shilpa took the internet by storm with her yellow navari saree as she danced her heart out to the tunes of Nashik Dhol. She was later joined by Shamita Shetty and her kids, Viaan and Samiksha.
In 2021, she embraced sustainability as she welcomed an eco-friendly Lord Ganesha into her home.

Sonali`s celebrations from last year were all about donning a gorgeous white saree as she held a plate full of modak. She also shared a beautiful picture of a Ganesha idol decorated with flowers.
SRK posted a heartfelt message as he welcomed alongside the photo of a Ganesh idol and wrote, “Welcome home, Ganpati Bappa Ji. Wishing you and your family a wonderful day honoring Lord Ganesha. May Lord Ganesha bless all of us with happiness, wisdom, good health, and lots of Modak to eat!!!”
