Shamshera Teaser: Ranbir And Vaani`s Upcoming Movie Tells A Pre-Independence Tale And Beyond

Ranbir Kapoor`s much awaited Shamshera, a period theotrical drama`s poster was leaked and it broke the internet. The fans are showering their love on the actor`s intense look. Supposedly to be released in March, the period drama will now be released in July. The teaser of Shamshera has intrigued Bollywood buffs.
Starring Ranbir, Vaani Kapoor, and Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles, the actors talk about Shamshera and his rise in the black and white teaser. With the Brahmastra actor introducing Shamshera, he says, "Karam se Dacait.. Dharam Se Azad."
The initial plans of the film was to be an OTT release but the historic drama is all set to hit the theatres on July 22. Bankrolled by Yash Raj Films, the producers took to social media sharing the teaser, saying "A legend will rise on 22nd July. Celebrate #Shamshera with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu."
Helmed by Karan Malhotra, Shamshera is all set to tell a pre-independence tale from the 1800s era. A dacoit tribe fighting against the British rule for their rights and freedom, the story is believed to be an Indian adaptation of Howard Pyle’s “Merry Adventures of Robin Hood.”
The film was postponed from March to July to avoid the clash with Akshay Kumar-Kriti Sanon`s Bachchan Pandey. What do you think about the teaser of Shamshera?
