10 Actresses Introduced by Salman Khan

She was better known as a background dancer in many of his films, but Salman decided to give Daisy her Bollywood break with Jai Ho. Though her career has just started, her appearance in Hate Story 3 could be career-ending.

Shotgun Junior wouldve never thought that she could have become an actress had Salman not suggested her to pursue so. She made her debut opposite the Dabangg Khan and today, she is one of the most sought after actresses.

It was unfair that everyone assumed her to be Katrina Kaifs clone. Zarine made her debut in Veer which was a huge flop but she did not go unnoticed. She also did the popular song, Character Dheela in Salmans film, Ready. She was recently seen in the erotic thriller, Hate Story 3.

Salman found Aishwarya Rai Bachchans doppelganger in Sneha Ullal who made her debut opposite him in Lucky: No Time for Love. That was the first and the last, we saw of her in movies.

Katrina Kaif Katrina made her debut with the absolute bummer, Boom, but it was her second film with Salman, Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya that made her an overnight sensation. It need not be said how she has grown to become a popular star today.

A familiar name in Telugu movies, Bhumika got her first break in Hindi with the mega blockbuster, Tere Naam. Though she managed to vow the audience with her debut, she was unable to sustain a long innings in Bollywood.

Raveena Tandon made her Bollywood debut with the Bhaijaan in Patthar Ke Phool. The movie was a blockbuster and fetched Raveena, the Filmfare Award for Lux New Face of the Year for her performance.

Revathy who primarily dabbled between Tamil and Malayalam movies, landed her first Hindi break with Salman with the movie, Love. Though it did average business, the music of the movie was very much appreciated.

She starred opposite Salman in Kurbaan that also comprised of the late Sunil Dutt and Kabir Bedi. Thought the movie was a dud, her acting skills were commended which landed her, her biggest hit, Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander opposite Aamir Khan.

Nagmas debut film with the Khan was 1990s Baaghi. It became the seventh highest grosser of the year and landed Nagma, many more opportunities with reigning superstars and renowned directors.
