Hollywood is experiencing one-of-a-kind ugly divorces. You guessed it right, Johnny Depp and Amber Heards trial has been a forever on-going affair and it gest interesting with time. Read on to know nine bizarre and shocking revelations for the trial till now.
1. Amber Heard "Grossly Exaggertaed" Her PTSD
Dr. Shanon Curry, a clinical psychologist who evaluated Amber over a span of two days in December said the actress had overly exaggerated the symptoms of PTSD. She testified in court saying Amber Heard "did not have PTSD" and her symotoms appeared to be "grossly exaggerated."After examining and analyzing previous recordings, treatment recordings, and other documents provided by Heard's lawyers, Dr. Curry said, "The results of Ms. Heard's evaluation supported two diagnoses: borderline personality disorder and histrionic personality disorder."
Concluding her part at Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard trial, the psycologist said that the actress had "a very sophisticated way of minimizing any personal problems while having a lot of inner hostility and externalizing blame."
Run for your life, Heard. Because the flag-bearers of mental health are coming after you.
2. Heard hasn't donated the entire $7 million divorce settlement to charity
"I want nothing out of the divorce alimony," were her clear words. In 2016, when Depp and Heard divorced, the actor gave $7 million to his ex-wife as alimony. Apparently, she was going to 'donate' the entire amount to American Civil Liberties Union (ALCU) and Children's Hospital Los Angeles, splitting the money in half.
The general counsel and chief operating officer of the ACLU, Terence Dougherty tested as one of the 40 witnesses in the Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard trial and clarified tht Heard has only donated $1.3 million from the $3.5 million. Now this testimony not only makes us question Maber but also her intentions of 'not keeping anything for herself.'
Here's another funny part on how the donation was paid: a payment for $350,000 in August 2016. The other payments were a $100,000 check from Depp, $500,000 from a donor-advised fund at Vanguard, an investment management company, and $350,000 from a donor-advised fund at Fidelity, another investment management company.
The video of Depp's lawyer Camille Vasquez boldly questioning Heard about the same has been taking rounds all over the internet. Apparently, 'pledging' and 'donating' money is synonymous for the actress. When asked her why hasn't she donated the promised amount, she said, "I would love him (Johnny Depp) to stop suing me so I can."

3. Kate Moss, the game changer
If you've been following the Amber Heard vs Johnny Depp trial, you'll know what this is about. While trying to prove her point, Heard mentioned super model Kate Moss and her falling down the stairs when the latter was dating Depp. And we saw Depp's lawyer celebrating the actress's next downfall in this case. When Depp's legal team got Kate Moss as a witness to testify the allegation, the super model denied every bit of it. "We were leaving the room, and Johnny left the room before I did. And there had been a rainstorm. And as I left the room, I slid down the stairs and I hurt my back," she briefed about the incident happened back in the mid-90's.
The super model never accused the Pirates of the Carribean actor of any domestic violence. Instead. she said, Johnny instantly tnded to her and called in medical help. "I screamed, because I didn't know what had happened to me, and I was in pain. And he came running back to help me and carried me to my room and got me medical attention," she added.
Kate Moss who dated Johnny Depp through 1994-1998 said that the actor never pushed her, kicked her, or threw anything at her. Do you think this was the trial's turning point?
4. Depp asked Heard's sister to sign an NDA?
Finally there's someone testifying for Heard and not against her. Her sister Whitney Henriquez said that she'd witnessed an ugly fight between the two, shortly after they got married. The fight escalated to a point where Henriquez found herself in the middle of it."He's calling her filthy names like used-up trash bag," Henriquez said on the stand. "They were saying horrible things to one another. She was calling him old and fat. It was a fight." She then stepped in to protect her sister and punched the actor in the face.
"It was after this point that Johnny had accused me of selling stories to the media, which is absolutely untrue," Henriquez further added.
5. Depp wanted to hit Amber after marriage?
A former friend of Amber's testified that after getting married, Depp said, "We're married now. I can punch her in the face and nobody can do anything about it." iO Tillett Wright, an author and a former friend of the actress served as the best man at their wedding."I was walking with Johnny and congratulating him that they pulled it off and that's when he made the filthy comment," Tillett Wright testified.
