Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the man who revolutionized the Indian cinema turns 48 today. Breaking the stereotype of looks over talent, lets take a look at the actors journey in Bollywood.

After graduation, Nawazuddin Siddiqui came to Mumbai to pursue his dreams of becoming an actor. Becoming a 'hero' was never on his list. His debut film was the 1999 Sarfarosh as a small cameo along side Aamir Khan. After that, he made small appearances in movies like Shool (1999), Jungle (2000), and Munna Bhai MBBS (2003).
Peepli Live, a film where he played the role of a journalist got him massive attention and was his breakthrough project. And since then, he's delivered nothing but masterpieces. From his early roles in Black Friday and Kahaani to doing roles in movies that were riding on his shoulders such as Gangs of Wasseypur, Manto, Badlapur, and more - Nawaz's career graph has only seen upward growth.
