Adorable! Ishan Khatter Speaks about his bond with Shahid Kapoor

Ishan Khatter and Shahid Kapoor have given everyone major sibling goals since time immemorial. They starred together in the film, Waah! Life Ho To Aisi, where they played siblings of each other. Ever since, Shahid has been supportive of Ishan and he has widely spoken of their bond.

Now during the promotions of his upcoming film on Amazon Prime Video titeld Pippa, he further revealed insights of their bond. He said the two don't share a typical brother-like bond and Shahid is more of a father-figure for him than a brother. This is due to the massive age difference between them. Shahid is close to 15 years elder to him.

He shared how Shahid has been protective about him and given him guidance at every turn of his life. He respects him a lot and as he has grown up, the bond between the two has steered more towards friendship. Shahid is the dominant male figure in his life and he has a good heart.

Earlier in another interview, Ishan had shared, "I call him 'Baba Sasha', but it's who he is and he is that one person in my life who is like a consistent male figure who has always kept me in check. I think he has felt very parental towards me also because he changed my diapers. He was nearly 15 years old when I was born and he didn't have an elder sibling. So he was that sibling for me."

It is always a pleasure to see the two together and it will be great to witness them together on scree playing brothers, as they share a striking resemblance.

Pippa also stars Mrunal Thakur and is scheduled to release on Amazon Prime Video on November 10. It is a war film and its trailer showed Ishan playing an army man in complete honesty.

Ishan was last seen in Phone Bhoot in 2022 alngside Katrina Kaif and the film didn't do well commerically. Pippa will be a crucial film for him.

Meanwhile, Shahid Kapoor was last seen in the action thriller Bloody Daddy that did really well on Jio Cinema.
