Ranbir Kapoor's Animal has been getting all sorts of reactions from everyone ever since its teaser was released last month. Fans are excited all around the world to witness him in a never-before-seen role. However, reports have come up that the film will be released a day prior in the US, i.e., on November 30.
This will be an even bigger release for Ranbir since Brahmastra. While Brahmastra was released in over 812 theaters across the US market, Animal is all set to release in over 888 theaters. It is unprecedented, and hence the film is expected to do massive business overseas.
It will have its first show on November 30 at 6:30 p.m., making it catch on to the business even earlier. Brahmastra fared quite well in the US market, where his fans loved the film and its special effects.
Moreover, there have been speculations about the film's runtime. Some are saying that the film is more than 3 hours long. However, on IMDb, it shows 2 hours, 6 minutes. It is unexpected for the film to last more than 3 hours, as that will have some impact on its business.

One more thing to note, however, is that the director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's last film, Kabir Singh, had a runtime of over 180 minutes. With all these things in mind, only time will tell what the runtime will be. Either way, it is surely going to be a thrilling ride for Ranbir, as he has not done a proper action film in his career.
There are also discussions about the censorship certificate Animal will get. Kabir Singh was A-rated for its violent and mature themes. Judging from the trailer, even Animal should get an 'A' certificate for its violence and disturbing sequences. If that happens, the film will stay away from family audiences.
Animal also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Shakti Kapoor in the lead roles. It is an intense father-son story with violent elements infused into it. The film's trailer is set to release on November 18 and is expected to give a deeper glimpse into the film before it finally releases on December 1.
It clashes with Sam Bahadur on December 1 starrin Vicky Kaushal. Both films look promising and are expected to give a tough fight to each other.
