Arjun Kapoor Confirms Breakup With Malaika Arora At A Diwali Party

The festive season has already begun, and so have the extravagant Bollywood Diwali parties. This year, the festival of lights came in with tons of glamour, an extra touch of lights, and some spicy gossip. Arjun Kapoor, in one of these parties, finally broke silence on his relationship status.

For the uninitiated, the Ishaqzaade actor was in a long-term relationship with actress-model Malaika Arora. The two were going strong until they called it off, for reasons best known to them.

Now, in a Diwali bash hosted by politician Raj Thackeray in Dadar's Shivaji Park, Arjun Kapoor confirmed his breakup with Malaika Arora.

Arjun Kapoor's shocking confession

In the Thackeray Diwali bash, the actor was spotted with the rest of his Singham Again team. He will be seen in the Rohit Shetty directorial playing the menacing villain.

While these parties are known for who wore what, this one was a little different. Arjun revealed his relationship status and claimed to be single.

In a video surfacing all over social media, the Namaste England actor can be seen addressing a crowd and telling them that "he is single," indirectly confirming the rumors of his breakup with his former ladylove.

The duo started dating back in 2018, a year after she was officially divorced from her ex-husband, Arbaaz Khan. Arjun and Malaika always stayed tight-lipped about their relationship.

However, their PDA-filled adorable pictures on Instagram were a delight for their fans and followers. From taking vacations to attending events together, Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor's presence said it all.

On the work front, Arjun Kapoor will next be seen in Singham Again. He plays the role of a menacing villain, portraying the Ravana of modern times. Helmed by Rohit Shetty, the film also stars Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, and Tiger Shroff in leading roles.
