It was in June 2024 that Bigg Boss OTT season 3 started, keeping the fans and viewers hooked with its constant drama, controversial fights, and shocking romance coming out of the house. The one-and-a-half-month dramatic reality television show comes to an end today with the finale episode.

The spin-off of the immensely popular TV show Bigg Boss, hosted by Salman Khan, got its OTT version. This marks the third season of the show. Along with new contestants, the show also had a brand new host, Anil Kapoor.

The third season of the show has seen enough and more controversies in its span of streaming. From legal cases over inappropriate content to social media outrage after a contestant slapped another, Bigg Boss OTT 3 was filled with its fair share of drama.

The show started with 17 contestants, out of which only five will make it to the finale, which is scheduled to happen today. Here's everything you need to know about Bigg Boss OTT 3 finals.

When and where to watch?

Viewers and fans can tune into JioCinema today on August 2 to watch the finale. A subscription will be required to watch the final episode of the show. It will start streaming from 9:00 p.m. onwards.

Anil Kapoor will host the final episode of the show. He replaced Salman Khan to be the new face of Bigg Boss OTT season 3.

Who are the finalists?

The show that started with 17 contestants in the Bigg Boss house will now see only five finalists. The contestant list was a mixed bag of prominent Bollywood celebrities, YouTubers, rappers, and content creators.

The top five Bigg Boss finalists are Sana Makbul, Kritika Malik, Ranvir Shorey, Naezy, and Sai Ketan Rao. These five will compete against each other to take home handsome prize money and a monstrous trophy.

Earlier this week, Lovkesh Kataria and Armaan Malik were evicted out of the Bigg Boss house during a surprise mid-week elimination.

What is the grand prize?

The OTT show, which is a spin-off of the popular Bigg Boss franchise, started in 2021 with filmmaker Karan Johar as the host. The reins were later handed to Salman Khan, who originally hosted the TV version.

The winner of the Bigg Boss OTT 3 will walk away with a whopping prize money of INR 25 lakhs and a fancy trophy. Needless to say, all Bigg Boss OTT season 3 contestants have had their own share of fame.

While some became popular for not-so-right reasons, others like Ranvir Shorey got a second chance to clear his image after his ugly divorce with Konkona Sen Sharma.
