Brahmastra: Part One-Shiva is one of the most eagerly awaited movies of the year. The first movie of the intended trilogy has finally been released in theaters. Shiva is the lead character of the movie which is played by Ranbir Kapoor who possesses firepower.
Real chemistry between Ranbir Kapoor (Shiva) and Alia Bhatt (Isha) is evident on the reel as well. Every time Isha wants to make note of memory in her mind, she says `click`! The tale is unique because of the creative way Shiva and Isha`s story is given center stage. Shiva is a DJ who learns that he is the master of fire and that nothing can harm him. As a result of taking "Tu aag laga dega" far too seriously.
To balance both sides of the story there must be a character playing a negative role so here we have Junoon (Mouni Roy), who is herself a pawn being used by her guru, to extinguish the light of righteousness. Junoon is traveling to find the missing components of "Bramahstra," the weapon of weapons, which when complete will grant its owner the ability to end the world.
Amitabh Bachchan as Guru helped Shiva unlock his potential. He added some extra depth to the storyline. Nagarjuna’s ‘Nandi Bail’ super-power came across as one of the coolest things on the big screen. His character in limited scenes looks super-cool.
Ayan Mukerji has focused more on the screenplay than the story because every frame is a painting. Because of how this was shot, it was unable to remove even one mundane moment. The filmmakers make sure to maintain the grandeur throughout the scenes, which in a manner also conceals the script`s simplicity. Even though everything can be predicted, there is still fun to be had because you can never foresee how anything will be given to you.
Some of the blows in the movie include a weak dark side whereas the second half of the movie starts slowly. However, it tried to pick up on a tremendous opportunity to add "high points" but failed to do so to maintain the "story structure." Also, Hussain Dalal`s dialogues didn`t match the seriousness of the team`s efforts.
The formula for sci-fi-my has been cracked by Ayan Mukerji, and this is what gives Brahmastra its unique flavor. The visual effects in this sci-fi extravaganza have received rave reviews. Despite the canceled culture of Bollywood the movie got a tremendous response and is loved by the audience.
