Mother`s Day 2026 celebrations started in the most heartwarming way for Katrina Kaif. The doted mom to Vihaan Kaushal celebrated her first Mother`s Day this year, and it was all things adorable.
For the uninitiated, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal embraced parenthood on November 7, 2025, as they were blessed with a baby boy, whom they named Vihaan.
May 10 was extra special for the actress as she celebrated the first of many Mother`s Days with a cute handmade card and a bouquet of flowers.

The Mere Brother Ki Dulhan actress took to Instagram and shared a carousel of heartwarming pictures. The first image showed a handmade card by Vicky Kaushal.
It read, “Happy first Mother`s Day, my love! Love, Vihaan and Papa Kaushal!” There was a bouquet of pink roses too in the background.

The second picture showed the mommy and her son holding a children`s book together, showing Vihaan`s tiny fingers. The book was titled "The Very Hungry Caterpillar".

Amid the Mother`s Day celebrations, Katrina and Vicky were spotted at the airport together for the first time since giving birth to their son in November last year.
Vicky Kaushal on becoming a father
In an old interview from December, the actor expressed his excitement about becoming a father and embracing the duties that come along.
He said, “Becoming a father this year is my biggest moment of 2025. It is a magical feeling. I always felt that when the time came, I would be very emotional and ecstatic, but it has actually been the most grounding moment that I have ever experienced in my life."

In another event, Kaushal spoke about changing nappies and shared, "It’s very tough. But one day, when he watches this, he’ll be proud of his dad. I can’t express in words what it means to be a father.”
On the work front, Vicky Kaushal has some interesting projects coming up, including Sanjay Leela Bhansali`s Love and War with Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor.
He will also be seen in the mythological drama, Mahavatar, where he plays the great Parshurama. The film will see a theatrical release later this year.
As for Katrina Kaif, she is yet to announce any new project.
