Tiger 3 is all set to release this Sunday on the occasion of Laxmi Pooja. Advance bookings for the film are in full swing, with people coming out in large numbers to witness the magic of Tiger spread out on the screen. The film has already sold tickets worth over 12 crores for the first day of advance bookings.
Tiger 3 will prove to be an important film for Salman Khan as he reprises the role of Tiger after 2017. Since then, his films have not fared well at the box office, and fans are waiting for his comeback with Tiger.
Trade analysts say that the film could be the biggest Diwali opener, coming to watch after the Pooja on Sunday. While the first day is crucial for the film, the subsequent days will tell how the film does. People are expected to rush the theaters after Diwali day from Monday onwards.
Maneesh Sharma recently revealed how the intro scene of Salman Khan in the film has been choreographed with much consideration and hard work, and he hopes it will garner a lot of praise from fans. The runtime of the film was also increased by over 2 minutes, making some changes in the intro scene. Now, the film has a duration of over 2 hours and 37 minutes.

Around 4.6 lakh tickets have already been sold for the first day, which includes the Hindi and Telugu versions. The Tamil version of the film has sold over 2,000 tickets. Apart from that, IMAX tickets have also been getting a good response, selling over 8,000 tickets for the first day.
Tiger 3 takes the story of Tiger Zinda Hai, Pathaan, and War. It also has special appearances from Hrithik Roshan and Shah Rukh Khan.
